Noisy room.
The place is clean, nice and friendly staff. They lacked information about what to visit in their area. Room was noisy,next room had the TV very loud 📢 until 4:38 am.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! There were roaches in the microwave, the A/C was leaking water all over the floor there were no towels in the room and then when we asked for some we were told there were none clean along with extra blankets! I will never stay here again and the pool was filthy

I don’t like this place nor the employees. They decided on their own to cancel my room that I paid for and I didn’t eleven get my refund when I didn’t even stay there because of them. That’s messed up and wrong. They basically stole my money.

Was dirty, breakfast was horrible with expired things. Doors are kept proped at night so workers can go in and out to smoke pot. The smell comes in the door and in to the rooms. There is feral sick kittens running around the outside.

The bed was so comfortable. They said it was non smoking however it smells of cigarettes and the devil’s lettuce.The breakfast was all carbs.So we passed. The pool was small and turning green. We didn’t have high expectations for the price.

The room I got raked of mold the floor was soaking wet all around the air conditioner and window area we got in so late decided to just try and go to sleep and leave right away in morning terrible oder woke me multiple times while sleeping will not stay there again it could have just been that room idk

King room with suite was a great size. Comfy bed. Great water pressure. Sugar ants all in bathroom though. Hallways were kinda smelly. 90% of Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the pool. The size reminded me of a pool at someone's home but was perfect minus the constant debris in pool and no net to clean. This didn't stop us though we were at pool each day. Great location, tons of food options. Breakfast was better than most stays too. Would rebook.

THE ENTRY DOOR TO THE ROOM TOOK 3-5 MINUTES TO OPEN THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM WAS SLOW TO DRAIN AND REQUIRED MANUAL ASSISTANCE THE PLACEMENT OF THE FRIGE BLOCKED ONE SIDE OF BED. THOUGH THE FLOORS WERE CLEAN, THEY DEFINITELY NEED A DO OVER. JD POWER NEED TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK!

Smokers paradise
This hotel smells like it was a smokers hotel for 50yrs. Then last month they put up no smoking signs and never cleaned or replaced drywall or carpets. Had to sleep with toothpaste on my nose.
