Cozy, listed cottage in an idyllic location

Typical Erzgebirgshaus - largely original, beautifully situated, listed building from 1875 - you will only find this in the museum! Lovingly and lavishly ecologically renovated, with modern furnishings. Many historical details have been preserved and are waiting to be discovered -> the journey through the Erzgebirge begins in your vacation home!
Enjoy the peace and quiet of the secluded location, relax in the pristine forest right behind the house, wander through idyllic river valleys and enjoy the view over the blooming mountain meadows. 100 m² - a vacation realm just for you and your fellow travelers (up to 6 people).
You enter the FERGUNNA through the north front door and enter the spacious hallway. Here you will find the checkroom and the safe/weapons cabinet. At the southern end, a second front door leads to the garden and the terrace.
In the colder seasons, there are simple porches in front of both entrances, as has been customary for centuries, which protect against wind, rain or snow.
The dining room has a rustic dining table with plenty of seating on the bench or board chairs, as well as an old wood-burning stove with a cozy stove bench. There is also a reading chair next to the bookshelf.
Connected by a door, you enter the bright, fully equipped kitchen. On the one hand you will find everything you could wish for in a modern kitchen (see inventory list for details), on the other hand there is a second tiled stove that can be heated.
You can also relax in the living room with a large couch and modern TV.
Also on the first floor is the bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC with hand basin. Towels are provided.
Top floor:
There are three bedrooms available. Two rooms each have a double bed, one room has two single beds. There are cozy XXL comforters for all guests! A travel cot is available on request.
There is an additional wardrobe/storage space in the hallway.
You can also store your luggage or hang up laundry in a small adjoining room.
Attic:
You can access the attic via an easy-to-operate hatch. Here you have a retreat for reading, chilling out, meditating or as an indoor playground for the little ones (max. standing height 178 cm, we ask for supervision - no lockable window lock and somewhat steeper loft stairs). There are three beanbags, a small table, two yoga mats and blocks.

Next to the house is a replica of the small, old barn. We have built a sauna inside. Relax and enjoy the view of the peaks of the Erzgebirge! Bicycles or skis can be stored in the anteroom.
To the south in front of the house is the terrace with table and 6 chairs. Barbecue fans will find appropriate equipment behind the barn. There is also a rustic fireplace (observe forest fire regulations!).
The large meadow is a protected mountain meadow and a registered habitat for butterflies. You might spot a particularly beautiful specimen!
There is space for 2 cars in the parking lot in front of the northern entrance to the house. There is also an electric car charging station available!
Of course you have WLAN in the house.
