The newly built, tastefully furnished apartment (60sqm) is very quiet at the exit of the bay of Vinisce, directly on the water, with its own private bathing pier.
A large terrace surrounds the apartment along the front and on both sides. Wherever you are: you enjoy a wonderful view! A staircase leads down to the hotel's own bathing jetty (with sun loungers), further bathing jetties may be used; we have lovely neighbors. For your car there is a private parking, also directly at the house.
The apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet and the possibility to use a washing machine. In the kitchenette you will find plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Bed linen you receive from us. In the bathroom you will find towels for home use. Beach towels we ask you to bring your own. The next cafe / restaurant in the village is 5 minutes walk; The local fishermen also drink their coffee in the morning and their beer in the evening. And the grilled fish of the house cook is legendary.
Vinisce is an old, tranquil fishing village and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The bay is calm and safe. Except for the local fishermen, they may only be sailed by sailing boats. Swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing is a safe treat for children as well. The beach inland, in the interior of the bay is carefully rebuilt annually, is maintained daily and kept very clean. He is also appreciated by families with small children.
Market stalls in the village offer fresh fruits and vegetables; local bakeries fresh baked goods; several supermarkets with sausage, meat and cheese counter everything else you need. Get fresh fish in the morning directly from the boat. The on-site restaurants are very kid-friendly and insiders' tips among sailors, many of whom drop anchor in the Bay of Vinisce in the evenings.
Trogir, with its medieval, car-free old town, the enchanted labyrinth of lanes, the many small shops, cafes, restaurants and the impressive old harbor, is 20min away. To the airport to Split you need 40min. A picturesque drive of about an hour, always along the coast, takes you to Sibenik, the UNESCO heritage city with a 15th century cathedral. Century, steep old streets, charming squares and a newly restored fortress, which offers a view over the island world of Dalmatia and in the evening invites to open-air concerts. To Krka National Park, with its famous waterfall cascades, it brings a one-day boat trip through the island landscape and then up the river.
And if you want to leave the car, you can also rent a smaller motorboat in the village and discover, with or without helmsman, the world of islands and secluded coves around the nearby, legendary "Blue Lagoon".
And in the evening you can enjoy on the terrace, with a glass of Dalmatian wine, a starry sky as you rarely see him - shooting stars and secret wishes included. With a little luck, you may even experience a dolphin family on their first outing with their young in the shelter of the nocturnal bay.
