The room was nice and clean. We were surprised to find that there is no elevator to the second floor. It was not a problem for us, but could be for others. We did not have access to ice -- no ice machine, and no ice in the freezer in our room. Because we needed an early check out, we had to go to the other building on the property. The door was still locked, and we had to knock loudly for someone to come and help us. The accommodations were OK, but the service could be improved.

They lie in online near by sturgeon bay but it takes 1.5hrs to get . Be careful when you reserve check the address in gps before reserve . Itā€™s like a scam at when we reserve the day you stay

Room was very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. It was just minutes away from the Bellin surgical center and didnā€™t even need to get back on the highway to get there.
