The room had multiple stains on closet doors and carpet. The door security latch was, ummm, missing. The desk chair seat was collapsed in the center. This was my second room after I requested to be moved because the first was dirtier and had numerous gashes in the walls.r!

I like the location of the motel. Staff did their job but not friendly. Could not crack a smile. First time we have stayed at this motel that the mattresses on the beds were not up to par.

The first room we checked in to the entire mattress was pulled half off the bed, all pillows messed up on 2nd bed. Someone had been in there and left. I imagine someone checked for cleanliness then took off. Front desk girl was rude and seemingly mad we needed to change rooms. Property is dirty and in disrepair. Stay somewhere else

It was disgusting inside, took forever to get checked in. My window didn’t even close, I came into the room with it cracked open, I would have said something but I was on the 3rd floor. My door also had the bar lock but the bar was broken off. Just had a bad vibe to it, the hotel didn’t even have the hotel name on it.

When we arrived at the property the day staff was just finishing and new girl coming in. We needed 3 rooms and we're hoping to get on the same floor. Only one room was ready and they had no other rooms that had been cleaned. The day girl promptly left when her shift was finished without helping the new girl figure out where to put us. Night girl tried her very best and we finally got rooms. Hotel needs ALOT of work - there was garbage thrown under our bed - whoever painted last got more on the ceiling than the wall. There was a huge leak in the ceiling in the hallway and a garbage can was collecting the water at a very quick pace. We reminded them when it was almost full to empty it and I'm afraid if we wouldn't have, the place would have flooded. Doors at each side of the hotel didn't have locks on them and there was a questionable character sleeping in the entrance. We have stayed here many times for convenience but think we will be trying something different next trip.

Bed frame trip hazard! I tripped and cut the top of my foot. Really need to address that issue. The bed frame cover concealed the part that was sticking out.

The carpet and lampshades were very dirty, the toilet was stained. Over all the facility was unkept-looking. We will definitely not be returning in our next trip.
