You get what you pay for....
Rooms are fine, modern but knackered...clean bedding & towels daily. Lift and surrounding area filthy. Access to the hotel is through a loud dance bar, staff nice and friendly, food is quite good and the bonus is its right on the beach. Our room was at the rear of the hotel which was good as no loud music. Good location. Overall stay was fine, you get what you pay for.

We were expecting a proper hotel however we got so disappointed when saw the conditions. It is basically a kind of a club with a dedicated 3 floor small building. Terrible smell of the kitchen sorrounds everywhere. Room was very old. Lock of the balcony door was broken so we had to sleep with an unlocked door. It was cheaper than other hotels anyway. But I would not stay here next time.

Noisy place, the music and dancing continued till midnight, too much prostitutes, room door never closed, lamp in toylet not working, location is great, staff are nice.

Nice clean hotel, good location
Very helpful staff, clean, well designed hotel. Good prices. It is by the beach so you can jump directly in to the water after breakfast.

Rezervasyondan sonra arayıp asla ulaşamadığım oteldir. Otelin ismini bilen yok arkadaslar. Hatta dolandırıldıgımızı bile düşündük. Önünde Batman restoranttan biliniyor. Balkonları bitisik dipdibe yandan çocuklar bizim balkona atlıyordu. Bu sebeple balkon kapımı kilitlemek durumunda kaldık ve tedirgin uyuduk. Temizlik konusunda iyiydi. El havlusu bırakmamıslar bir tek. Bir gün sonra kat görevlisi temizlik yaptı.Önündeki plajından faydalandık zaten tek avantajı oydu. Denizin önünde olmasıydı. Kahvaltı keyifsizdi.Tek kabakta az miktarda lezzetsiz kahvaltılıklar geldi çeşit azdı. Batman restorantta yapıyorsunuz kahvaltınızı. Giriş çıkış oradan zaten. Akşam bayağı gürültülü oluyor. Sıcak suyu calısıyor.klima çalışıyor. Akşam uyumaya gelmelik bir yer ama bir daha tercih etmem.

Завтрак очень скудный, заявлен с 8 до 10 утра в баре при отеле. Лучше приходить к 9,т.к. раньше повара не бывает,он спит,как мне объяснили. Заранее просила на ресепшене приготовить завтрак на следующий день к 8.00 (выезд на экскурсию был в 8.30), но,как и ожидалось, повар опять спал и я осталась без завтрака.

Kesinlikle bir aile oteli değil. Otelin girişi (lobi) yok, odanıza gitmek için barın içinden geçiyorsunuz. Her geçişte sürekli en arka masada oturan otel sahiplerinin önünden geçiyorsunuz. Bu masada oturan otel sahipleri (kaç taneler emin değilim baya var) küfürlü küfürlü konuşuyor sürekli ( orana .. burana ...). Rezervasyon yaptırırken üst katlardan oda istedik ayarlarız dediler. Ayarlamamışlar, ertesi gün alacağız sizi dediler. Ertesi gün başkasına sattıklarını, arabın 700 verdiğini falan söyledi otel sahibi. Geçen sene araplarla çalıştığını, çok memnun olduğunu, bu sene türklere çalışalım diye buraya ortak olduğunu falan söyledi. Ben tatile geldim niye geriyorsun beni? Ne ima ettiği belli yüzümüze. Araba park yeri yok, baya uğraşırsınız araba park etmek için yandaki otelle kavga etmeniz gerekiyor yakına park etmek için. Kahvaltısı berbat, her gün aynı peynir 2 3 küçücük domates, abuk sabuk 1 2 paket reçel, çokokrem ve haşlanmış yumurta. Hayatımda bir otelde ilk defa sabahları her şeyi yememe rağmen doymadım, 3 gün aynı berbat kahvaltıyı yapınca yiyesim gelmedi. Bizi zemindeki odaya aldılar ve sürekli bar gürültüsü, otel sahiplerinin gürültüsü, gelen geçen gürültüsü çok rahatsız etti. Odada tuvalet banyo ve lavabo arasında kapı yok. Tuvalet banyo ile yatak odası arasında sürgülü kapı var, tam kapanmayan. Zemindeki yan odaya geçtik çarşafları değiştirmediler. Odaya girdik sabun yok, klima kumandası yok. Gitmeyin, gidin çadır kurun kamp yapın daha iyi. Bırakın araplara satsın

İyi lokasyon kötü işletme
Otelin konumu tam deniz kıyısı, kendisine ait kumsalı var. Hizmet oldukça kısıtlık, odaların temizliği ve mobilyaların durumu vasatın altında. Hem yastık kılıfları hem çarşaf sarı lekeler ile doluydu. Biz uyarınca değiştirildi. Oda kahvaltı anlaşmıştık, kahvaltı sabah 07:00 de başladığı için tercih etmiştik, zira sabah erken ayrılmamız gerekiyordu. Sabah 07:15 de restoran kısmına indiğimizde hic bir şey açık değildi. Ekmek bile yarım saat sonra gelecek dediler sorunca. Ayrıca iki aile gelmiştik; ortaya çıktı ki aynı oda tipi için birimiz 280 TL diğerimiz 180 TL ödemişiz. İşin ilginç yanı 280 TL ödeyenimiz daha erken rezervasyon yaptırmış. Oteli tavsiye etmiyoru.

20 meters from the beach and restaurants. Kind staff. Deluxe rooms have side sea view. No warm water after 8pm. Breakfast average. Rooms are outdated. Only with a lot of luck you can manage to find parking space. Would only stay again for the same low price.

Siz odadayken odaya otel calisaninin girmesi de cabası.

Orta karar bir butik otel
Marmaris sahiline sıfır konumda küçük ve şirin görünümlü butik otel. Tek gece kaldık. Şansımıza az bir farkla suit oda teklif edildi. Kabul ettik ve tekliften memnun kaldık. Çünkü odamız deniz bakıyordu ve diğer odalara göre daha genişti. Ancak banyosu kullanışsız, çünkü eşya asacak tek bir askı yok. Havluyu asacak tek yer klozetin hemen üstü. Islak bir şey asmanız mümkün değil. Banyodaki şampuanlık yerinden kopacakmış gibiydi. Lavabo tıkalıydı. Bir gece olduğu için çok dert etmedik. Odada jakuzi vardı ama kullanmadık. Kahvaltı şaşırtıcı derecede zayıftı. Mesela meyve yoktu. Otelin otoparkı yok, o yüzden çevrede park yeri aramanız gerekiyor. Oldukça kalabalık bir bölge. Göze alarak gidiniz. Otel, Marmaris'in denizini sevenlere tavsiye olunabilir, biz şahsen denizi pek sevmedik.
