This is my third stay there. First stay it was amazing. 2nd and third stays it was a disappointment. The rooms were not in good condition. The room was so small that we could not fit 2 people in the room. I was offered a seperate room with an additional fee. The fee was forgotten apparently and not charged but on my 3rd stay they remembered the charge and asked me to pay for it. I found it ridiculous and argued and they waived the fee. The stairs to the room was so steep my mom was out of breath each time. She is 72. Breakfast service was slow we had to ask for refills constantly. Breakfast area was so hot. I was very disappointed this time. One worker however made a difference. His name was Mehmet Onur. He went above and beyond to help my mom and pleased us. Parked our car, carried our luggages etc.
