Calm and secure residence 1300 m2 of land.

Our villa is located 20 minutes from the city center of Marrakech in a residential complex built by a great architect 4 years ago, fully enclosed and secure, not overlooked. The villa is located on a plot of 1300 m2 enclosed and planted with trees (olive trees, bougainvillea, coconut palms, palm trees, lemon trees, hibiscus ...).

The villa has 3 air-conditioned suites (including 1 with TV and DVD player). The suites are all equipped with bathroom. A large living room, living room with fireplace and TV and wifi internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances.

You can enjoy the roof terrace with the view of the Atlas and the 2 terraces on the ground floor, shaded facing the swimming pool of more than 8m x 4m.

There are various activities near the complex, such as quad biking, camel rides or mountain biking. And of course, you will be close to the largest Golf courses in Marrakech which are 10 minutes away.

The tranquility of the villa will rest you from a hectic day in Marrakech.

You will be able, on request, to benefit from the services of a cleaning lady and / or cook making your stay more comfortable, pleasant and relaxing.

We didn’t enjoy our stay as it was not clean and not a healthy environment for families with children. Our child got sick and had a skin rash due to non hygienic reasons.

Beautiful Villa
The villa is beautiful in a peaceful location, lovely private garden & pool. Sitting on the roof terrace with mountain views watching the sun go down was a delight every evening. The resort is 40-60 minutes from the airport & city depending on the traffic so a car is essential especially if you want to explore further afield but beware of crazy drivers! For our arrival we were given a number to phone Mme Beuchera, the housekeeper/cook to let her know we had arrived but as she speaks only Arabic we had to ask a friendly French speaking hotel grounds man to translate for us! However, she is absolutely lovely & we were treated to real Moroccan home cooking most evenings for a very reasonable fee. If struggling to communicate she will telephone a friend who speaks French & English & will translate. The owner, Nadia, is very helpful & responded very quickly via WhatsApp to any queries. We had a couple of issues with the WiFi & hot water but these were quickly remedied. We had a 2 week stay, friends accompanied us the first week & our family joined us for the second week. Everyone loved the villa & we had a memorable & thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Beautiful and spacious Villa.
Beautiful property with views of Atlas mountains from Roof terrace. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Set in a peaceful and relaxing location 30 minutes away from the hussle of Marrakech. Large private swimming pool. Family had lots of fun. All staff were very discreet and professional who maintained the property. The cook Bouchra was fantastic prepared some great meals. When we arrived she had prepared a Chicken & Olive Tagine which the whole family enjoyed including the kids. There is a large supermarket on the way to Apple Gardens where you can pick up all your groceries and the village Nemero is only a few minutes away where you can buy cheap veg fruit and meat. Also you have a small shop just outside the complex for basics and has lovely local bread fresh everyday. The hotel staff were very helpful with any queries and also the local shop owner Abderahim. The owner Nadia was very helpful with our questions and queries and answered quickly. She gave us lots of local information and arranged our transfer from the airport. Overall a great holiday in a great location in a beautiful home. Very peaceful and relaxing!!!

I recently stayed here with a group of friends, the property and grounds were beautiful and the pool was well kept, The villa is located about 20 minutes from Marrakech, however locating the grounds for the first time is tricky as there are very few signs on the location. The Maid service provided by Miriam was exceptional and was an added bonus. It was great having the hotel facilities available to us also. The thing that would have made the experience better was if the pool was heated. This would help when the weather is not so hot during the colder times of year. I would definitely stay here again. Nadia and her husband were very accommodating and are always available to help.

Super fijn huis met zwembad
Wij hebben een super fijne vakantie gehad in een mooie woning met zwembad. Heerlijk zwembad dat om de dag werd onderhouden. De woning ligt 25 minuten van de medina maar tegelijkertijd heb je genoeg faciliteiten in de buurt. Nadia en haar gezin heeft ons geweldig ontvangen. Bedankt voor alles.

Superbe villa où nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous avons été comblés tant par Nadia la propriétaire de son extrême gentillesse, sa disponibilité, sa réactivité, bref son professionnalisme, tant par Bouchera de part sa cuisine aux saveurs d'antan marocaine et également de sa gentillesse et discrétion. Villa sécurisée dans un contexte où calme et sérénité sont à l'honneur. Villa très propre , piscine et jardin entretenus régulièrement , linge de maison également. Habitués du Maroc , nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location !!! Encore Mille Merci à toute la famille Hassoune !!!

Samen met ons gezin hebben wij uitstekende verblijf gehad. De woning voelde alsof ik echt gewoon thuis was. Het is er netjes je hebt ontzettend veel privesy. De woning is echt volledig voorzien van wat je nodig hebt. Vanuit de locatie heb je wel vervoer nodig om in de stad te komen mocht je dit willen. De zwembad die het huis heeft is precies goed om je verblijf compleet te maken. De beveiliging is super vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Nadia heel erg bedankt . Je hebt niet te veel beloofd. Un séjour magnifique
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille dans la villa de Nadia, tout y est, le calme, la sèrenitè, la sécurité et surtout le confort, la villa est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et très bien agencée. Nadia est tellement disponible que j’avais l’impression qu’elle été présente avec nous et pourtant elle été de l autre côté du continent en France, elle a su rendre notre séjour inoubliable, la piscine est superbe, le personnel du complexe qui abrite la villa est très sympathique, ils sont serviables et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons chez Nadia pour notre prochain séjour à Marrakech sans hésitation.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette magnifique villa. Merci à Bouchra pour son accueil. Nous n avons pas été déçu. Si vous recherchez du calme, c est l’endroit idéal. Nadia la propriétaire est toujours dispo pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Nous étions accompagnée d’ une personne âgée qui est très difficile à satisfaire et qui est revenue ravie de son séjour. Le plus, la piscine sans vis à vis ce qui est très appréciable. Merci à Nadia et à Bouchra pour avoir rendu ce séjour possible.

Merci encore a la propriétaire nadia pour son professionnalisme, a bouchra pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse,également merci aux gardiens du parking pour leur dévouement a nous accompagner jusqu'à notre villa en navette quand il le faut (2 minutes de marche mais quand on est chargée c génial!!! Surtout que le chemin.qui mène a la villa est merveilleusement entretenue par les jardiniers roses fleurs oliviers.....c'est d'autant plus agreables). La villa est de tout confort. Idéale pour les familles avec enfants. Mes 4 enfants ont appréciés les repas en terrasse ,le grand jardin tres bien entretenu je tient a le préciser,et bien sur la piscine également entretenue par un agent. Calme et apaisement retrouvé dans la villa. Ma petite fille âgé de 1 ans c'est tres bien adaptée a la maison et son sommeil n'a guère été perturbé au contraire. Merci encore nadia pour avoir mis a disposition un lit enfant et matelas neuf pour ma petite. Le mot de la fin mais vraiment j'ai que des points positifs,la villa est encore mieux que les photos.nous nous sommes attachés aux villageois et commerçant se trouvant a 2 min en voiture. Enfin Pour les familles qui cherchent calme et confort foncez y les yeux fermés..

Prestation d'exception. Vous cherchez un endroit pour décompresser, vous reposer dans un cadre hyper agréable, une maison avec toutes les commodités digne d'un 5*.... Vous y êtes...
