Stayed in this property during my stay in Marrakesh, staff was welcoming, explained how to get around Marrakesh to me. The room was perfect as the cleaner was always there every morning to clean and change beddings. Restaurant staff was lovely and friendly and over they made my stay here a one to remember and will definitely be back. Only little issue I had was my wifi connection wasn’t too great in my room but over still goof

The bathroom wasnt cleaned properly, there was rust on the taps, old and stained toilet seats, The rooms no no way soundproof at all, the balcony door didn't close properly. The seating in the restaurant had paint and tears on them, very dated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and i was very satisfied with them.

Awful service. Rooms not as advertised. Pictures put on hotels.com way different from rooms. Bad sewer smell emanating from bathroom into room. Did not have towels or hand towels. We’re not given even after I asked them multiple times.
