Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was truly one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Karim, who went above and beyond in ensuring that every request, need, and wish was fulfilled with impeccable care. He truly deserves a promotion! I wish every hotel had a staff like him! Whether it was providing fantastic suggestions, arranging seamless pick-ups and drop-offs, organizing tuk tuk rides, and even providing cellphone for peace of mind in case we got lost—the staff was always there to help. While the area around the riad may seem a bit overwhelming at first, stepping into Riad Kheirredine is like entering a peaceful oasis. I highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Marrakesh's old city. It's an experience that will stay with you long after you leave!

I would love to stay here again. I cannot name enough staff members who have made this stay so memorable and enjoyable but Kareem and Khaled were especially nice. All facilities were fantastic and I cannot recommend this stay enough.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facility was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. It is not conveniently located, but the extent of staff assistance on every aspect of our stay more than made up for that. Recommend highly.

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, offering personalized service that went above and beyond. The riad itself is stunning, and we stayed in the beautiful Sandal Suite, which combined traditional Moroccan design with modern comfort. The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot, offering incredible views of the city and Atlas Mountains—perfect for relaxing with a drink. The breakfasts were exceptional, with fresh, delicious Moroccan dishes that really added to the experience. Tucked away in the medina, it’s the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and easy access to the city's vibrant energy. Incredible Hospitality
Key word here is hospitality. Upon arriving you are met with your host who discusses, recommends, and ultimately facilitates everything you could think of. They have thought of everything to include giving you a local phone with Google Maps and WhatsApp and a good signal to help navigate the tricky Medina Area. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality. It set the highest bar of any hotel I have stayed at before to include the Marriott Luxury lines.

Riad Kheirredine was lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the warm welcome to lovely fresh produce at breakfast, fruit and water in the room and a friendly guide from the square to the Riad which is tucked away along a network of alleys. The inside of the Riad was beautiful with orange trees and a number of beautiful places to sit and relax. We ate breakfast every day on the terrace with great views over the rooftops.Our room was a good size with a lovely bath, comfortable bed and a sofa to relax on.

This is a special experience. The staff are exceptional in their service and care. We felt reassured throughout. The breakfast individually served is delicious and perfectly judged. If you want a hotel with gym and TV then this isn’t for you but if you want attention to detail and every effort to made for you to be happy in Marrakesh then you will be delighted. For me this is one to return to which says it all really!

Amazing property with outstanding staff in a great location within the Medina. They offer some extra touches that really stand out, like chaperones and a mobile phone to help you navigate, mint tea and water throughout the day and the most huge breakfast - so big you won't need lunch. The hammam/spa is small but good as is the roof top pool and there are plenty of shady spots to relax in comfort and style. A true gem.

Everything was above our expectations, from the room upgrade, the surprise birthday cake and the possibility to stay longer in our room the day of our departure. We had an amazing experience at Riad Kheirredine. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. They helped us with everything we needed. Also, the hotel is truly beautiful, it feels like an oasis of peace and calm among the busy streets of Marrakech. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

Riad Kheirredine is a true gem. If you are after an authentic Marrakech experience combined with a 5 star boutique hotel experience, then this is where to stay. The atmosphere, the staff, the service, the food is exceptional. The neighborhood around it could feel unsafe for a single female traveler but that’s part of the overall Medina experience and the Riad Kheirredine makes every effort to facilitate getting in and out of the neighborhood. The location is very close to one of the nicest Marrakech allies, close to the Secret Garden and other nice places. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riad Kheirredine in Marrakech, Morocco and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by our wonderful host, Elena. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the Riad Kheirredine were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions we had and to help us with anything we needed. The service was truly exceptional. The food at the Riad Kheirredine was delicious and we enjoyed every meal we had there. The breakfasts were especially fantastic, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The views of the Medina from the Riad Kheirredine were spectacular. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace, enjoying the beautiful scenery and soaking up the sun. Overall, I would highly recommend the Riad Kheirredine to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech. Thank you to Elena and the staff for making our trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Wow! This is the best place I have ever stayed (and in context I have traveled the world and stayed in some of the most exclusive hotels). The Riad itself is beautiful (see it on their website), with spacious and uniquely decorated rooms (very Moroccan) and grounds. The restaurant is so good that after two outings to other famous places, I opted to eat at the hotel every night. Great and very diverse menu is available...I don't know how they do it! Okay, mainly it's the service here that is so special, Every single person, from the footmen to the spa and especially the front desk and restaurant are simply the best ever. I was traveling solo to Marrakesh while my husband was on a trip with his brothers and I felt safe, comfortable, looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Two special things: they give you a cell phone with a direct Whatsapp connection to the hotel and you can call them to get help if you get lost or need anything and they will be right there. Next, the small streets of the medina in Marrakesh are winding and difficult to remember. When you go out, they will send a footman to walk you and when you are ready to come back, tjhey will send someone to find you and bring you back. As soon as you book, the Riad will contact you to begin setting up things you might like to do (tours, restaurant reservations, and the like). I highly recommend you let them set your excursions up. They know the guides and operators extremely well. The best!!!

This is one of the best boutique hotels in a world. The staff and all the people that work at the Riad are so friendly, warm and special with each guest. It was maravelous!! Our stay was wonderful. The Riad is excellent in all senses
