On the 5th and LAST floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR of a small building - only one apartment per level.
Ideally located, in a small street perpendicular to Blv Baille:
- 3 min walk from Timone metro, bus 53, 74
- 5 minutes by car from Place/Poland interchange (motorway access, L2 / B.U.S.)

The apartment is READY TO LIVE IN, FULLY FURNISHED & EQUIPPED, with WIFI access & Bbox TV included, Harman Kardon SoundSticks II speakers, etc...

The terrace without vis-à-vis - rare in the city center, is surrounded by plantations (bougainvillea, oleander, honeysuckle jasmine, eucalyptus, ivy, vine and papyrus), 1 shade sail, 1 table and 4 chairs, deckchairs , as well as a planter of aromatic plants -> basil, thyme, rosemary, lemon verbena and Moroccan mint.

The veranda-living room is naturally bathed in light and gives access via a ladder to the mezzanine (second sleeping area/bedroom) with a mattress on the floor.
Still atypical: there are NO SHUTTERS in the apartment, only Japanese panels.
Under the mezzanine, 1 small work space with a desk console, 24'' FHD screen, bookcase/storage, b&w laser printer and a piano.

Rooms: quadruple bed sheets, pillows and bolsters, sliding trouser rack + a very large wardrobe with hangers and iron.
