Very calm house, with the neat decoration, with all the comfort,

It is located in a private property independent of the villa owners on a plot of 3000m2 and has a terrace not overlooked among the olive trees, near the village of Cassis and beaches (15 min walk), in a postcard frame facing the sea with a dazzling view of the Cap Canaille and the Massif des Calanques.

After crossing a path full of bougainvillea, olive trees and cypresses you can park a car in a reserved area, in front of the private gate that leads to your house. We cross then a raised garden, a hut for the children, a swing and a ground of petanque to arrive on a beautiful terrace in the shade of the canisses. Chairs, outdoor sofas, small round table: everything is done to bask and enjoy the calm of the place.

The space is great and filled with light + you can open the entire front of the house. Good solid kitchen and comfortable beds, good bedding. Very comfortable. Outdoor furniture is tired. Moody washer, did not finish cycles. Owner on site very accommodating and most pleasant. 15 minute down and up to town

Erholsame Ferien in wunderschöner Umgebung
Gemütliches Häuschen sehr gut ausgestattet, mässig sauber. Toller, völlig privater und ruhiger Sitzplatz und Rasen mit Olivenbäumen. Meersicht nur wenn man steht wegen Zaun. Lage am Hang etwas ausserhalb von Cassis. Zu Fuss ins Zentrum/Strand ca. 20 Min. Da das Zentrum von Cassis sehr viele Einbahnstrassen und kaum Parkplätze hat, empfiehlt es sich, die Fahrräder mitzunehmen, wegen starker Steigung zur Unterkunft vorzugsweise E-bikes. Mein Mann und ich haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, im Speziellen die Klippenwanderung Falaise de Soubeyrane und die Wanderungen in den Calanques.

Nice and quiet accomodation
Very nice house located in a quiet area, about 10-15 minutes from Cassis port and beach. The house and terrace is separated from the owners' house and hidden from views. Owners are nice, friendly and helpful! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, qui est construite sur le terrain des propriétaires mais bien délimitée avec son propre jardin. Les balançoires ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants ! La maison est bien équipée et la literie est confortable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et disponibles en cas de question mais pas du tout envahissants. Elle est bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Pas loin de la ville mais au calme.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement indépendant situé dans une grande propriété. Calme absolu (il y avait toutefois des travaux dans la propriété adjacente mais le bruit ne nous a pas incommodés). Logement conforme aux photos. Terrasse, jardin et terrain de pétanque très appréciables pour toute la famille. Belle vue sur les falaises soubeyranes, on entrevoit même la mer à travers les oliviers. Hôtes habitant sur place et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very pleasant stay
We spent very nice Easter holidays in this house with a light and spacious living room/ kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one needs. Sehr nüchtern!
Das Mietobjekt entspricht exakt der Anzeigen-Foto-Darstellung! Es gibt auf der Terrasse 'zahlreiche' (9!!) Sitzmöglichkeiten. Aber man möchte auch gerne einmal, insbes. bei höheren Temperaturen eine Liege-Möglichkeit wahrnehmen, im Schatten unter den zahlreichen Olivenbäumen, das ist leider nicht möglich, da flache Liegen nicht vorhanden sind, lediglich 2 rel. unbequeme niedrige Sitzstühle. Desweiteren steht einem der nahe gelegene Pool, auch bei ca. 30°+ nicht zur Verfügung 🤥 schade. Ansonsten ist die Lage ein wenig oberhalb von Cassis (ca. 10 Min. zum Ort), ruhig! Der Blick geht ins Grüne und auf einen mit Bambusmatten verkleideten Zaun. Der Bouleplatz auf dem Grundstück darf genutzt werden!

Un peu en dehors de la ville. Idyllique, calme, où l'on se sent bien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les oliviers dans le jardin et les grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur le jardin. Un aménagement bien pensé.

Traumhafter Garten mit Meerblick
Obwohl wir spät anreisten, wurden wir mit großer Herzlichkeit empfangen und die letzten Meter zur Maison geleitet. Nach der kurzen und humorvollen Einweisung wurden wir der bereit kalt gestellten Flasche Wein nebst Meerblick überlassen. Wir haben die Tage in Cassis und der Umgebung sehr genossen. Am letzten Tag wurden wir noch persönlich verabschiedet. Ein wundervoller und entspannter Urlaub! Merci bien!

Une belle parenthèse dans un cadre très méditerranéen
Logement bien situé, à 15 minutes du centre et de la plage de Cassis. Logement fonctionnel bénéficiant d'un calme bucolique avec la mer pour horizon. Les propriétaires sur place sont très à l'écoute si besoin.

Maison calme. Nous avons séjourné en octobre et nous avons trouvé la maison humide. Il y avait en effet une odeur d'humidité, spécialement dans la chambre des enfants. Assez propre (excepté les rangements de la salle de bain et les vieilles éponges pour la vaisselle. La maison est bien située si vous avez une voiture. Belle vue sur la mer et le Cap Canaille. Jolie place de jeux pour les enfants dans le jardin.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Cassis ; La maison correspondait parfaitement à notre attente, à la fois au calme, proche du centre de Cassis à pieds, propre, et équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut, y compris une machine Nespresso ! Wunderschön!
Wir haben fast zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Objekt verbracht. Es ist zwar kein Haus, sondern eher ein Studio im Gartenbereich des Anwesens, bietet aber einen schönen Blick über die Bucht von Cassis. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort laufen und kommt auch sonst gut überall hin. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist angenehm, die Decke schön groß und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Ungestörte Ferien sind garantiert!
