The amount of effort they put in is definitely shown! The bathtub and drapes could use some updating. The housekeeping and staff sure make up for it though. Best housekeeping I’ve ever had. The breakfast attendants were very kid! The manager gave me an early check in with no charge! I was soo grateful. The plants are so beautiful! Nice neighborhood to walk.

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and well maintained.We visited Pella, IA on our way to visit family in Illinois. We decided to stop here since it was on the way to Field of Dreams. This is a perfect location. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We got 2 rooms for 7 ppl. King beds were not comfortable, sloped down on the sides. Double sofabeds did not have pillows or blankets, we were able to get 2 pillows for 2 double sofabeds, hotels should be stocked with these things. Sofabed linens should be in the rooms already.

I typically don’t leave reviews because I don’t like to complain so I think this might be my first review for a hotel. We could not have been more pleased with our stay! We were looking for a place to stay that was a halfway point to our destination so we rolled the dice and we were very surprised with such a lovely location. Honestly, it is a typical hotel but it’s clean and the people that work there seem to enjoy their jobs. Everyone was so hospitable - especially our breakfast hostess! If we do this trip again, we will definitely be back!
