We booked it for the pool, once we got there, we were informed that the pool was down for maintenance and it’s not like we booked very far in advance either. Once we got into our rooms, the bathroom had pink mould around as well as the tile, black mould on the shower curtain and the shower head was full of lime scale. Didn’t look like it was cleaned.

We did have a pool side room so you have to be prepared to accept sound however this was the loudest hotel we have been to in a long time and we’ve done plenty of pool sides. Even after the pool was closed you could hear your neighbour or anyone in the hallway very easily. My other big concern is the pool side door does have a handle lock but it automatically unlocks when you pull the handle. My 2 year old was tall enough and constantly pulling the doors open and it felt incredibly unsafe. They need to install those high up latches on the pool side doors like they had on the main hallway door.

The only thing i liked about this place was the front staff. Everything else was either broken (such as elevator, soda machine, ice machine), disgustingly dirty (hallways, walls, mirror in washroom, wallpaper falling off in hallways), or loud (such as room heater or other rooms showers had the pipes coming through the walls). Has anybody tested the floor for foot fungus? And no security cameras in the stairwells, that's not safe at all

There was very little heat and it was -40 outside. It was so cold in the room and we hardly slept. We tried the thermostat and it didn’t work, there was no heat from the small fan. I called the front and they said they would “figured it out” but no one ever came. It was midnight and we were tired. It was so cold. The pop machine didn’t work on out floor, the bathroom had used soap and shampoo as well as clumps of other peoples hair in the tub and surround. The toilet paper holder was hanging off and needs to be fixed. The coffee machine was filthy and dirty from other uses. Overall it was TERRIBLE and will NEVER go back there again.

the hotel was overall very tidy, however one of the beds had crumbs under the blanket which leads me to believe that the bedding was simply replaced instead of changed. there was also a mystery stain on one of the blankets. overall great stay. parking lot could have been graded better, which i understand could be difficult given the popularity of the property. none of these things will keep me from booking again. thanks.
