We had asked for a handicap room for my disabled father, but they informed me they were having shower issues in the bathrooms of the handicap assessable rooms. But they were very accommodating to getting me a room that was close to the elevator and close to the exits

After we had settled in to our room. We realized a breaker had blown and we didn't have electricity in parts of our room. The desk clerk was attentive and responsive. We did get the night comped. Changing rooms is a hassle and I would recommend that staff check that rooms are operating as expected before guests arrive. Also, the EV stations are poor quality and could be upgraded. We were happy with the staff and their willingness to assist us.
