CASTLE ON THE HILL - Beautiful Mountain Views

Castle on the Hill is a brand new luxury elevated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautifully presented home that is ideal for multiple families holidaying together or a large group. The stunning mountain views, open plan living and wood fire heater will appeal to all who choose to stay. This is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the company of friends/family while enjoying the comfort of home and is just a 400m walk into the centre of Marysville.
There is a King Master Bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom is a Queen Bed, third bedroom has 3 sets of bunks and a double sofa bed available in the second living room. The main bathroom has inset bath and a separate Powder room.
The main open plan living area is a huge space to entertain and enjoy family meals and experiences together. It features a large 55 inch flat screen TV, day bed, comfortable lounge suite. The comfort of this room is taken care of by a large split system and wood fire heater that creates a warm, homely atmosphere on those cold wintery nights. There is also a handcrafted Victorian ash dining table which comfortably seats 10. The kitchen is modern with a large single fridge, double oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Breville coffee machine (ground coffee NOT supplied).A bi-fold servery window opening out to the BBQ and main deck area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full serviceable bar with double door bar fridge.
Outside is the deck area that frames the majestic mountain views. There is an outdoor decking table that seats 10 as well as a Bar table that seats 5. A 4 Burner gas BBQ and two large sun umbrellas. Step down off the main deck area and you will be able to enjoy the beautiful tiered lawn areas and relax amongst the cushions and pillows on the day bed or light the fire pit to keep you warm.
Fully equipped laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer. This house is Accessibility friendly with level entry off the driveway and a large shower. A double car carport and extra 2 car spaces in the driveway.

Mums weekend getaway
We were very happy with Castle on the Hill. It meet all our expectations and created a nice relaxing time away for the 10 of us. We were able to lounge around the open fire, and have massages, hikes and all meals within walking distance. We didn’t have to get in the car once. The amazing view out my bedroom window was especially nice to wake up to. Thank you!

Fabulous house in a wonderful location. Close to main town and lovely walks and biking trails.
Loved the outdoor fire pit. Great location close to town. Just lacked a few homely touches (pictures, clocks, simple decor) to breakup the stark white walls. Could also do with providing a few basic pantry staples - sugar, teabags, oil Overall, loved the house and we will be back.

This house was fantastically new and great for small children. It was unfortunate that there was no internet and the communication with the property management was on the slower side. A great spot if you are looking for somewhere close to Lake Mountain.

It was a lovely house. Nice and warm.
It is well stocked with most things you need in a house. I would just like to add, you need to add oven mitts, whisk and scissors. Other than that, all the kitchen utensils you would ever need.

Extremely clean and well maintained property. Beds are comfy and beautiful views from the kitchen. The only constructive feedback we can think of is that there isn't a hair-dryer or any 'Welcome' starter packs such as tea, coffee for the coffee machine but wouldn't class this as a big deal.
