I have a great experience every time I stay at the Omni; whether it’s the staff at the front desk, the restaurant/bar, or housekeeping, everybody is kind, helpful, and enjoyable to be around. I also love the restaurants on the Downtown Mall, and the Omni allows easy access.

Was blown away away when Nasrat was checking us in and remembered me from visiting a few months ago. I’m sure my leg brace I wore last time may have helped, but I can say that everyone is welcoming whether you’re injured or not. Great location. Walked to Fleurie both times. You don't want to miss this incredible French restaurant. It would earn Michelin stars if we had this rating here.

The location was great for accessing the outside shops. The atrium was lovely as was the visual from the elevator. Our main concern was not having the A/C cooling enough in our room. Maintenance did bring us a fan and this helped. The bathroom was very small and there was not an actual door, just barn doors and these were dusty. Our rug beside the bed, yielded someone else's contact lens, so maid service was lacking. To charge $10.00 for Wi-Fi access was unbelievable! I have visited many different hotels and never been charged for Wi-Fi!!

Lovely area, great staff, absolutely walkable with wonderful restaurants nearby. Stayed at the Omni overnight on a trip back from the Outer Banks to Cols OH - half way point of a 12 hour drive. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean. I always appreciate a comfortable bed! Will def stay again

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are all so helpful and nice. Food at the hotel was great and there are so many options of great local restaurants all within walking distance. You can literally walk out the doors and your in the downtown mall area. My only complaint which is not the hotels fault but there seemed to be a lot of homeless people in the downtown mall area but they didn’t bother anyone at all so it wasn’t a huge deal. The pool and jacuzzi were a great touch, really enjoyed relaxing in there. Oh and the Bar inside the hotel has great drinks. This is the only place I’ll be staying when I visit Charlottesville.

Was told that breakfast had to be buffet; when we got up to leave, then we were offered to have breakfast made. Staff that morning was surly and breakfast took about a 1.5 hrs. Homeless an issue near the hotel.

Everything was great! Easy check-in, rooms were as expected. Robes in the closet were cozy and comfortable. Beds and pillows were wonderful. The food downstairs was delicious. We ate dinner one evening and breakfast one morning. I would definitely go back. Bar needed more bartenders it was busy and you had to wait a while. The only other thing was we had an inside room facing the inside of the atrium to the bar and at night until about midnight was a bit noisy to sleep. It was worth the little bit of noise at night to have the convenience and comfort of the hotel.
