The beach house is located in the D2 Farm Condo Sauipe Grande Laguna, located within the Hospitality of Costa de Sauipe Complex. The house has 370 meters of floor area, and the plot of 1070 m2. The property has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them on the ground floor to the other upstairs. Three bedrooms (including the ground floor) have double beds Queen Size, and 1 bunk bed (in each room). The remaining bedroom has two single beds and two bunk beds. The house is fully furnished with furniture of excellent quality and taste. It provides clothing beds and bath for guests, as well as internet via Wi-Fi router. The room is comfortable and features a 49-inch TV with cable TV (SKY). The kitchen is equipped with 5 cooker burners and ovens 2 (gas and electricity), refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, blender, mixer, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, utensils, crockery to eat. The service area is the machine washing. The fourth employee has bed and bunk bed.

Casa Maravilhosa
A casa tem uma estrutura excelente (quartos, móveis, utensílios e área externa muito bons). Fica em um condomínio bem localizado, tranquilo e seguro. Os proprietários Sr André e esposa estão de parabéns, como também a Srª Débora que nos atendeu com muita atenção.
