Las imágenes del lugar son una cosa y All llegar era totalmente feo. El lugar sucio, olía mal, carpeta súper sucia, cobertores llenos de tierra, no hay A/C, los candados de ambas puertas sin funcionar. Hicimos check in 4:10pm aproximadamente y check out 4:20. Era totalmente decepcionante.

Bare bones cheap property, unpaved, bad locks, noisy, uncomfortable beds, holes in walls, cracked glass, broken curtains, and minimal service. On the other hand, it is extremely cheap and Matehuala is halfway on the highway between the US and the nice parts of Mexico.

website said pet friendly. Got there and sign said, "no pets allowed (inSpanish)". Clerk spoke no english. She called manager who texted her that the reservation was canceled at no charge. The next day the hotel charged my credit card. Would not stay there or recommend.

This has been the worse place I have ever stay in all my life for more than 30 years traveling. No more pictures available so to be careful about this reservation. Very old facilities, broken chairs, dirty restroom, cockaraches. Terrible, just terrible. It should not be listed as an option to our community of Expedia customers.

Horrible place .
front desk girl named Vanesa was just worried about her cell phone and not my stay ,reservation or condition of my room . there was NO soap , towels , pillow cases , toilet paper and it took her almost 2 hours before they were delivered . the pictures posted ARE NOT the way the place looks , it is rundown dirty and quite unsafe with exposed pipes and live wires outside the room . SHAME ON Hotels.com for having this place on the site . I will post some pictures .

Hotel sucio, todo viejo, mal olor, cucarachas, a la llegada todo se ve bien, de cierta forma hasta bonito por unos focos que colocaron el su jardín, pero decepción al entrar a la habitación, puertas viejas que no abren, solicite cambio de habitación y me dieron otra peor que ni hecha estaba, FINALMENTE PREFERÍ NO QUEDARME ALLÍ, SOLITITE UN REMBOLSO Y DIJERON A MI TARJETA Y A DIEZ DÍAS NO LO HAN ACREDITADO!! LAS IMÁGENES DE LAS HABITACIONES MOSTRADAS EN EXPEDÍA NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER CON LA HABITACIÓN!

The hotel did not look anything like the pictures. It was old and the bathroom door looked like it had mold and was patched with a board on the bottom. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

The place took my payment thru Expedia,then they say I need to pay at the property but still the charge was already in so that day I’d pay twice,the guy at the property was very courteous but he say that there’s not refunds once you make the payment,so he took me to the room and it was an abandoned hotel,literally,the room was cold as a freezer since the area it is,and there’s not heaters ,I was ver tired and traveling with my parents and I wish they could have at least a microwave to heat up something but they only have a big range but not pots ,any way we stay but the doors are cracked so you can see thru them,the windows have missing panes so it’s like sleep outside but with a roof,not even a bottle of water for courtesy,and to complete the nightmare they have ONE single sheet per bed,not even a blanket so this was the worst night ,I won’t return never in my whole life,not even for free

Pesima experiencia
El hotel no tiene mantenimiento. Todo esta en pesimo estado. Esta sucio. Huelen mal las habitaciones. Al solo ser una noche y por la ubicación no tuvimosbopcion de cambiarnos. Sin embargo el lugar deja mucho que desear y el precio fuera de rango por todo en general
