This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers direct access to the Devil Anse trail system connector between Rockhouse and Buffalo Mountain trail system. We are located right in front of Devil Anse, Hatfield McCoy Trail 59 and Devil’s Backbone lodging, which means you will only travel a couple hundred feet on the public road before you hit the trail access point. It is within 5-10 minutes to food, gas, car wash, and stores. We offer a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Each bedroom contains two beds, with a total of 7 queens and 1 full. There is a washer and dryer available. Our house has plenty of parking space and outdoor seating.

Had a blast.
The house was very clean, lots of room, very quiet neighborhood, close to trails. I will say the only let down well I can't even say let down but the gas grill does need the burners replaced other than that it was great and we will be back.

Awesome spot to go riding from
Overall the house worked out great for us. We had 8 people, 3 trucks w/trailers, 5 side by sides and a wheeler with plenty of room. We used the back yard space to hang out a couple of days and the house with 2 showers and on site washer & dryer was super helpful! The only thing we felt could be improved for future stays would be the grill. It worked for us, but it needs some TLC or to be replaced. We would stay here again if we ever go back to ride Devils Anse, Buffalo Mountain, and Rock House.

Perfect for our trip!!
We had a group of 14 stay at this property and it was excellent for our trip to go ride the trails! Plenty of room for our trucks and trailers. The house itself was very clean and had all the things we needed. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a big group coming to ride the Hatfield McCoy Trails!!

Property is in a great location, HMT access is less than 1/4 from the house. The house was clean and had a great backyard with fire ring and picnic table. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place to stay
House is in a great location for getting to the trails in just a few minutes. Close to stores, gas, restaurants, gift shops and museums. House has plenty of parking. We had 4 trucks with trailers and 5 side x sides all parked comfortably with room left over. Fire pit in back with several comfortable chairs. Beds and bedding are comfortable. 8 Queen beds, awesome. Clean house with every necessity you need and then some. Host is great,, I needed a remote, texted her, had one within just a few minutes. My group of 9 people enjoyed our stay! I recommend this house for sure.

House was nice and clean. Has close access to trails. Have to drive about 10 miles on curvy road ro get to a restaurant. No grocery store nearby. I would recommend this house, but next time I would being more food from home.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for trailers. 1/4 mile from trails 54 and 59 which has access to a pressure washer to clean off machines. Close ride to Matewan for food and gas. We will be staying here again!

**Pros** Residence was very clean and well stocked with linens. Beds were very comfortable. Parking in driveway was plenty large enough for 40ft trailer with plenty of room for additional trailer and vehicles. **Cons** Residence was stocked with minimal selection of pots,pans and eating utensils (forks, Knives). Would recommend bringing your own eating utensils if bringing a large group. Overall this is a very nice Residence and a great stay. Acess to Devils Anse trails system is within 2 minutes from Residence.
