Great stay
This place is nice especially if you’re staying longer term. It is spacious, has a kitchen, washing machine and a lot of closet space. The location is about 45 mins to central Tokyo in a quiet neighborhood with a convenience store less than a minute away. There is a mall and train station about 10 mins away (walking) with plenty of restaurants. During my stay I was able to extend another night and the staff made this very easy and not stressful with me which I am so very thankful for! The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5 star was the walls between the other apartments, if you’re a sensitive sleeper like me, you’ll be able to hear your neighbors especially if they a bit loud. I also do not recommend for anyone who has elderly people or a wheel chair due to the location not having an elevator.

Very thin walls, can hear conversations of neighbours. Thankfully they were quiet most days. Overall great area, stayed 20 days, very happy. I would come again. Very clean and well-furnished. Could use more hangers to dry clothes and a larger dining table (was very small even for just 2 people).

平日に泊まった。 東京ディズニーランドまで45分かかった。 宿主さまのチャットでの対応がめちゃくちゃ迅速だし感じが良くて気分良く快適に過ごす事が出来た。 部屋が綺麗だった。 駐車場は近隣のコインパーキング(徒歩1分)で、夜9時から翌朝9時まで停めて400円だった。 朝ご飯は宿隣のローソンでさっと買えたから便利だと感じた。 是非また利用させて頂きたいと思った。

また利用したいですが…
大学のOPがあり徒歩で行ける距離だったので選びました。受験当日の宿泊先も考えていたのでアパートタイプの民泊施設としては、ホテルよりはうちにいるような感覚で普通に過ごせるかと思います。次回も受験日に予約しましたが、すぐ出来ることだと思うので、お願いがあります。お客様に見える場所は特にほこりなどきちんと清掃はしておいてほしいです。あとできればタオルはゴワゴワ、布団のカバーは誰かのシミのあとがあったので、何か工夫いただけるとありがたいです。

便利で広くて快適。のんびりできました！
寝具のカバーやシーツはないので、衛生面が気になりました。わかっていれば枕にひくタオル位持参したので、記載してほしかったなと思います。それとトイレにスリッパが欲しかったです。調理器具に、ボールとフライ返しがないのに困りました。 しかし駅からも近く、コンビニがすぐそばで便利。部屋もセンスの良いインテリアで、広くて快適でした。機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。
