Clean, quiet, and convenient location. Most importantly, the quality of bed is amazing. I always suffer from bad jet lag for at least first few days after arriving from east coast (US), this is a first night I was able to sleep straight for 7 hours! The room was more spacious than one in Tokyo where I spent before coming to Matsumoto. Free delicious Japanese style breakfast which I am very happy with. Certainly it worths the price. The only problem I had was the room was not available until 4 pm. I had to change my clothes in the rest room and missed one hour nap. Nevertheless, I liked this place and will be back again when I am visiting Matsumoto next time.

The hotel stay comes with complimentary japanese style breakfast. if u are in rush and need to grab and go there is some breads available. The hotel is opposite the alpico bus terminal (with supermarket, pharmacy and convenient shop) and within short walking distance from jr station. Lots of food options if u are willing to take a short walk from the hotel.

もっと頑張らないと・・
到着時にホテル敷地内駐車場で混雑。先着の到着客が数台溜まってた。停めるべきところではないところで作業。ホテルの不備ではないかもしれないが、ホテルスタッフが整理すべきところだと思う。こちらは駐車場に入ってしまっているので身動きできず。 自動チェックイン機2台とも宿泊客混乱で長引く。 しょうがないにしても、こちらが順番になったときに不愛想な従業員。これはどうかと思う。スタッフの責任ではないにしても、おまたせしましたのひとことを言えないとホテルマンとしてはどうか・・・ 他のビジネスホテルはもっと頑張っているところもあるので、もっと頑張らないと・・・ チェーンなので他の場所のホテルにも影響でると思うので頑張ってほしい。他所の東横INNで、良い印象のところもあるので・・・
