On the ground floor: 1st living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and television area -

2nd large living room of 40 m² with dining room and lounge in front of the fireplace - a bedroom for 3 people (1 bed for 2 people and 1 bed for 1 person) with shower room / wc (Italian shower - formerly labeled for people with reduced mobility) - separate toilet - laundry.

Upstairs, 5 bedrooms with private shower room and toilet for each: a bedroom for 4 people (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), a bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 bedrooms with 1 bed for two people.
