Overpriced for condition
Service was great. This is a very old property that has been partially refurbished. Of course, the outside is brand new which is very deceiving. Bathroom countertops and fixtures are new, but shower and tile are worn and stained. Air conditioning worked fine, but took about 2 hrs to get to appointed temperature on the thermostat bc it was not turned on. While serviceable, the hotel is WAY overpriced for the condition and location.

Traveling through and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Raton. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool was great for our kids to get some energy out after a full day in the car. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (healthy too!). A great stop!

Holiday inn Raton is gross
The room was filthy when we checked in. I emailed the manager and sent pictures. It has been a week and still no response. I am in this area 4-5 times a year. I will not be staying here again.
