Beautifully presented and exceptionally well-equipped duplex house with its own lovely private garden as well as direct access to a shared community pool and gardens. Situated in the lovely Spanish village of Bolnuevo and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.

The property is set over 2 floors and has 2 balconies and a roof solarium. Downstairs you have a large living room cum dining room, a separate fully fitted kitchen with storage cupboard and laundry room, a shower room and one double bedroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own private balconies and there is a large family bathroom. The garden, which is a special feature of this property is private and beautifully maintained.

It was a big appartment with a lot of space, a nice host, a washing machine and everything you need. But the furniture outsight, the balcony, the garden, the shower were very dirty. The most filthy were the blankets with stains. It is a perfect location.

Pleasant stay
The house has all the amenities you need for your holiday. Despite its quiet location, the beach, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy, etc. are all within a 5 minute walk, and almost all other services are within 3.5 km. Any 'problems' that arise, even if they are self-inflicted (sigh), are solved with reassuring friendliness. However, the house is not brand new and some of the furniture needs replacing. Nevertheless, the value for money is good and I look forward to my next stay.

Una estancia agradable
La casa esta muy bien equipado, no falta de nada. Lo unico que nos falto es una lavavajilla. Las camas no tan comodas aunque asi dormimos mas que suficiente. Sera cuestion de acostumbrarase. Esta muy cerca de la playa y los restaurantes y bares. La urbanizacion y su jardin estan bien mantenidos y la piscina limpia. La casa podria ser mas limpia y ordenada pero no nos molesto mucho. Es como llegar a casa.

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger, angenehmer Umgebung. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Matrazen sind gut. Insgesamt könnte die Zimmer einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und Gartenmöbel erneuert werden.

El sitio y ubicación es inmejorable, el aire y las zonas de exterior las disfrutamos mucho, siendo sinceros ha faltado limpieza a fondo en general .

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Es ist gut ausgestattet mit Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Dusch/Reinigungsmittel. Die Küche hat genügend Töpfe und Pfannen, Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Besteck. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Terrassen spendet im Winter ab 10:30 Uhr Sonne, am späten Nachmittag kommt sie hinter das Haus. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann das Haus auch im Winter empfehlen, da es Elektoheizung hat. Der Pool hat auch im Winter Wasser und ist sehr sauber, jedoch nur für mutige, da er nicht beheizt ist. Die Anlage ist sehr schön um ruhig. Alles top, wir kommen gerne wieder
