Si vous rĆŖvez d'un endroit sĆ»r et tranquille Ć Saly, le studio de Philippe est un havre de paix
Studio TRES tranquille, sĆ©curisĆ©, non loin du centre, des restaurants, de la magnifique plage du Safari, des supermarchĆ©s, des boutiques et artisans locaux. TrĆØs belle terrasse. Piscine magnifique. Cadre studio/maison de l'hĆ“te superbe. HĆ“te Ć l'Ć©coute. ExpĆ©rience trĆØs positive. A recommander. Merci Ć l'hĆ“te.

Appartement moyennement correct, au 1 er Ć©tage au-dessus de lāhabitation du propriĆ©taire, situĆ© Ć environ Ć 500 m de la mer et Ć 500m du centre de ville de Saly et non Ć 200 et 300 m.
Contact avec le loueur : distant
ProblĆØme pour ce studio, la tĆ©lĆ©vision est prĆ©vue dans lāannonce avec raccordement cable / satellite mais en rĆ©alitĆ© dans celui que nous avons occupĆ©, on est bien reliĆ© au satellite mais il nāy a pas de dĆ©codeur ou dĆ©modulateur, de ce fait nous nāavons eu droit quāĆ une seule chaĆ®ne franƧaise la France 24 avec que des informations en boucle. Plus de 3 semaines rien quāavec une seule chaĆ®ne dāinformations, ce nāest vraiment pas intĆ©ressant. Autant dire quāil nāy a pas de tĆ©lĆ©vision dans lāappartement.
Pas de grille-pain non plus, comme tout est prĆ©vu sur lāannonce. Vous pouvez bĆ©nĆ©ficier du lave-linge du propriĆ©taire situĆ© Ć lāintĆ©rieur de son habitation. Il serait aussi intĆ©ressant dāavoir un micro-onde et un peu plus de vaisselle. La vaisselle actuelle est insuffisante.
Il manque aussi sĆ©rieusement de lumiĆØre dans le studio, nĆ©cessaire dāutiliser la lampe de chevet ou tĆ©lĆ©phone portable pour cuisiner le soir. Il faudrait une lampe centrale.
ProblĆØme aussi, pour lāarrivĆ©e. On ne peut prendre la location quāĆ 14 heures alors que la plupart des avions pour le SĆ©nĆ©gal volent la nuit avec arrivĆ©e au petit matin (4 heures). PossibilitĆ© dāavoir lāappartement au petit matin, mais il faut payer la nuit en supplĆ©ment.
Sinon, au rez- de- chaussĆ©e, belle propriĆ©tĆ© et belle piscine, Ā« un peu fraĆ®che en dĆ©cembre Ā», mais trĆØs propre devant lāhabitation du propriĆ©taire que vous pouvez disposer durant votre sĆ©jour.
Un autre problĆØme de la rĆ©gion, ce sont les plages : Presque toutes les plages sont des plages privĆ©es pour les rĆ©sidences et hĆ“tels donc impossible de sāallonger sous les cocotiers ou filaos si vous nāĆŖtes pas rattachĆ©s Ć ces rĆ©sidences et hĆ“tels. Vous vous faites chasser par la sĆ©curitĆ©. Dommage pour les touristes qui ne sont pas dans ces rĆ©sidences et hĆ“tels et dommage aussi pour la population locale qui se rabat sur des plages non surveillĆ©es et plus dangereuses.
Enfin, les 2 plus : vous aurez droit Ć des tempĆ©ratures agrĆ©ables mĆŖme en hiver et une "Fatou" et un "gardien" trĆØs agrĆ©ables.

Pas de mot pour qualifier la qualitĆ© et la propretĆ© de la propriĆ©tĆ© tellement il nāy a vraiment rien Ć redire.
Certains hĆ“tels 4 Ć©toiles de Saly devraient sāinspirer de la location de Philippe.
