Reserved a room that was supposed to have a king sized bed and pull out sofa. Upon arrival we were informed the room was upstairs. There is no elevator and my son is wheelchair bound so this did not work. The attendant advised us they did room did not even have a pull out couch as described. We ended up downgrading but still paid the same amount.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First of all no king size room was provided as stated on my reservation. Room keys did not work. This hotel has no elevator. Front desk staff member- morning supervisor- horrible people skills ( not friendly and easy to ask questions to). Breakfast room closed right at 9 am. I will never stay in this facility.

This was a great place to stay as we needed a spot to spend the night to drive thru the next day. The breakfast was fine, waffels were delicious. The floors were slightly dirty.

Employees were amazing. But no tv, water wouldnt adjust in bathroom, it was scolding hot. Tiolet would not flush properly. No usb plug ins But it was very clean.
