They close doors at 11 which it’s understandable for protection but they shut down elevators which had to make my grandma walk all the stairs to get to the 3rd floor. Then lights went out could not heat up food and my kids where taking a shower all lights went out had to walk all the way down the stairs to ask what was going on and the front desk had no idea why they went out . Finally after a while they came back on . Was not happy over all .

I will stay here every time I’m in the area. Always clean, stafff always attentive and friendly. Breakfast is great! complimentary hot chocolate before bed was even better.

Our stay was fantastic for $128 (2 Queen beds) and yes indeed, the facility was pet friendly… for an additional $50 charge upon arrival. Very deceptive and disappointing. Expedia should clarify the additional $50 charge.

Our electric shade didn’t work and we are seniors so it was difficult to work the smart TV Desk manager Juan was awesome n came to our room 4 times to help with setting up the TV

Excellent Customer service. I had called in the morning and spoke to Jazmine from the front desk, who was extremely helpful and understanding. We had a wedding to get dressed for that started at 3 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and we were worried because the check-in is at 3 o’clock, but Jasmine was able to allow us to check in early and took a big load off our worries. We were able to get ready and get to our friend’s wedding on time. We were so grateful.
