I was suppose to have a King suite didnā€™t get they blamed on Orbitz, For 2 days never had Pool towels also needed towels for room had to ask 3 separate times before I got them. Iā€™ve stayed here before and have always had a good experience. I need to find new Hotel after this experience

Front desk staff were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. My family and I did not have any noise disturbances like we do at other hotels. Breakfast was exceptional in the morning.

The shower wouldnā€™t work in both rooms I had. Sent maintenance they cleaned shower head still didnā€™t fix the problem just had a little water pressure. I was basically told sorry there isnā€™t anything we can do. I had a no smoking room and it reeked of smoke.

The suite we got was super clean and spacious. We loved it. Made us feel at home. The location is great, you have shopping centers, restaurants and a lot of stuff to do around it. We will definitely be staying here again.
