This unique handcrafted home has custom woodwork throughout, natural stone and tile bathrooms and a large fully equipped chef's dream kitchen. Majestic Ponderosa Pines cover the property. There are nine parking spaces off the road for vehicles with a couple of spaces for toy trailers. The great room houses the large kitchen, an eight-foot dining table that seats 12, a wood burning fireplace and 2 seating areas for relaxing.
The kitchen has a 12 foot island with a granite countertop, 5 burner gas cooktop, a double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and bar seating for 6. The dining room table seats twelve and additional folding tables are available. A projector and surround sound in the great room makes it the perfect setting for large meetings.
The main floor has 3 bedrooms; one of which is a master suite with a private bath. The other 2 bedrooms are across the hall from a full bathroom. In addition there is a full bathroom off the main floor laundry room.
The second floor has two wings. The south wing has three bedrooms, two baths, including a second master suite. The north wing has four bedrooms. two full baths. Just outside the back door is a roomy covered deck for relaxing in the shade and just a step down is a lovely garden patio with umbrella tables to accommodate 35 guests. There is a propane firepit and a propane BBQ for our guest's use.

This property is located just off Lick Creek Road within easy walking distance to Ponderosa State Park Beach and Davis Beach - 1/2 mile. It has a large, cozy great room with a wood-burning fireplace. The home features old world ambiance with repurposed wood floors and custom woodwork throughout the lodge. There are two laundry rooms. You might get lost in this large home with 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The third floor features a roomy bunk room with 7 bunk beds, 3/4 bathroom, a large TV room with lots of seating, an air hockey table and a kid's climbing slope with a slide. The third room has toys, foosball table, and a basketball game. The lodge is located on a large tree-covered lot with plenty of off-road parking for 9 vehicles. It is situated nicely between Ponderosa State Park and McCall Municipal Golf Course and only one-half mile to Payette Lake beaches. In the winter there is cross-country skiing a block away in Ponderosa State Park. Brundage Mountain Ski and Snowboard Resort is only a 12 mile drive from the Lodge. There is sledding close by in town and a lift-served sledding hill just outside of town. Snowmobile trails cover the landscape, as well as ATV and dirt bike trails. Mountain biking and hiking trails are endless in this beautiful mountain terrain. There is a zip-line over the trees just South of McCall. There truly is something for everyone here, regardless of skill level or age.
