Have frequented this hotel over the years when visiting Mt.Shasta. Overall it is a good place to stay with lots of amenities i.e. indoor pool and hot tub, restaurant and bar. It is a little outdated though, a few usb ports for charging phones and devices and none of them worked.But overall one of the better places to stay in Mt. Shasta.

Everything was great. Our kids had a blast and met some amazing families. Excellent time boarding and super close to everything. Beautiful hikes nearby as well.

Room with king bed was great. Nice little back door to small patio and access to central courtyard that was beautiful. The whole place with this warm cabin like feel tonit. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this place. We will return, and make this a regular retreat for us.

Upon arrival I was denied a room due to the fact I was traveling with my cat on our move from CA to WA. The website says Pets allowed but apparently only dogs. Would have been nice if they state THAT on their website. I was not able to stay and had to find another hotel at 8pm with my 90 year old mother

Older property but in good condition. Mattress could have been better, but not bad at all. Great indoor pool and hot tub area overlooked by the bar & restaurant. Good breakfast available in the morning as well.
