The staff was great, super friendly. The room however, was a bit of a disappointment. The room had bits of popcorn on the floor, thus, hadn't been cleaned properly, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were flat, and the curtain let in way too much light. There were a ton of channels on the TV which was nice.

Not pleased!
We only needed a king size bed but I followed my mind and got a room with two queen beds (same price) the second I pulled the bed cover back I see HAIR and DIRT on the sheets. The second bed looked clean enough to spread my personal sheet to lay. We spent 30 minutes trying to get the TV to work. IT NEVER HAPPENED. The iron head board was not securely mounted, it hit the wall each time we moved, and the a/c constantly rattled as if something was broken inside. We checked out in less than 3 hours. Just couldn't take it!

My room itself was okay. Only the bathroom was dirty. But I at 2:30 in the morning, as I was trying to go to sleep, I could hear a couple in the room next to me yelling and fighting so I got barely any sleep. But it was an ok experience.

The front desk staff the only positive thing about this hotel. Room was dirty with paint peeling and dead roaches in the the paint. Bathroom door would not shut at all. Some how I became a witness to a crime where a female was assaulted and I woke up to blood covering the sidewalk in front of my room. My kids were mortified.

Not worth saving a few bucks
This Motel 6 used to be clean and relatively quiet. It is now packed with construction crews and not worth saving a few bucks. The plumbing and maintenance has taken a downward turn. Tiles broken/falling out, fixtures rusting or seized by corrosion. Had a neighboring room that left a small dog alone in the room, barking continuously from 5am until checkout. I’ve stayed at this Motel 6 over 50 times since 2019 and watched it slowly get worse. Last time I stay at this Motel.

Area seemed depressed and motel itself was very dated and I was concerned with safety but the room seemed reasonably clean. Bed was horrible like from the 1960's and uncomfortable. We checked in late and was greeted by a computer because the property was locked so we had to check in that way. That should have been our first clue that we were not in a great area. However, when we left in the a.m. we found an adorable cafe called Call Street Cafe and had a wonderful breakfast.
