The staff was great, respectful and helpful, ( front desk and cleaning staff ) location convenient and close to the haram. Very reasonable prices with amazing breakfast. ( my previous visits i stayed at clock tower and was not worth the price) Most definitely will go back to Al Ebba hotel. Thank you!

Good hotel but they didnt give breakfast in the room the room next door was always nosiy due to joint room sometimes always problem with key card so waste more time go down reception from 14 floor the lift use to take along time come

You get what you pay for
Very steep hill to the haram, about 10 minutes walk. Shower with no pressure, no floor mat. Room was ok, average. Breakfast is mainly catered for south asian, limited 'european' options and no pastries.

Broken lifts
Stay was ok, but the lifts were terrible, never stopped at the floor number you pressed. The lift's keep going up and down. Complaint to the receptionist regarding the lifts issue.
