Issue during checking even though room was booked and paid , reception staff said that there is nothing they can do , After we called 911 to get our room, staff changed version saying that the room is occupied by other people that do not want to leave. Terrible experience.

Please provide a prayer mate and Quran in every room. Please provide a universal electric socket in every room, to charge phones. Rooms have electric sockets which are no compatible with phone chargers and it’s inconvenient.

We book through this website and paid Upon arrival they said first no reservations Second they want money right at the desk even I repeatedly we paid . No convincing for people travel and arrived tired Need good communication Between their staffs ,also between this agent and hotel .
