The absolute worst customer service. Checked in- told we checked in too late to guarantee the room view we paid for. Offered 2nd floor- told the hotel was sold out. Then apparently they weren’t sold out so we were offered the 3rd floor. Asked to check with the front desk for an upgrade the next day. Called the next day- explained the situation again, asked for a manger- all requests declined. Asked to extend the reservation and offered to pay for a higher floor- told us the hotel was sold out- but then simultaneously gave us a room rate in house. When we conveyed that the room rate was lower on Expedia, he just brushed us off and said book there. I thought you were sold out? After this, I asked again to speak to a manager. Same run around. Then was promised a call back- never received a call back. They do not care about your complaints, lie about availability (they’re not sold out yet they represent they are so they don’t have to help you) and will never let you speak to a manager. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. Do not book.
