ProblĆØme de rĆ©servation, pas de solutions
ArrivĆ©s a 19h alors que la chambre Ć©tait payĆ©e, on nous a informĆ© que l'hotel Ć©tait complet. On nous a proposĆ© une nuit dans leur autre hotel, que nous connaissions, tres Ć©loignĆ© de l'aeroport et a nous de payer la diffĆ©rence..., ce que nous avons refusĆ©, l'hotel etant plus cher que la chambre rĆ©servĆ©. Nous devions en plus payer le transport... Bref, aprĆØs beaucoup de nĆ©gociations nous leur avons demandĆ© d'appeler un taxi pour nous emmener dans un hotel proche de l'aeroport car notre vol etait tres tot le lendemain. Nous avons du aussi negocier le remboursement de la chambre car ils voulaient deduire la commission expedia/hotels.com. Mauvaise expĆ©rience, alors que la chambre avait Ć©tĆ©e rĆ©servĆ©e et payĆ©e depuis longtemps. On ne recommande pas vu les solutions proposĆ©es par rapport a l'erreure commise du cĆ“tĆ© de l'Ć©tablissement.

Great experience
Perfect stay @ guesthouse, friendly staff. Good place to stay for only one night since we had a flight to catch. But it is nice, luckily not the stress of the city of Medan.
