Holiday home in Dreislar near the ski area

This is a spacious holiday home in Dreislar, North Rhine-Westphalia, Sauerland, Germany suitable for 15 people. It has a charming garden and is the ideal getaway for a large group of people.
The area of Sauerland surrounding the home has some very well-marked hiking and cycling trails. Some excursions that may be taken include Korbach, Frankenberg, Winterberg, bathing lakes (e.g. Diemelsee, Edersee), Fort Fun Abenteuerland and the summer toboggan run. There are restaurants located 100 m away and also a tennis court only 50 m away.
There is a large living/dining room is on the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen and bedrooms with shower and toilet.
There are additional bedrooms on the first floor, each with shower and toilet. Some may have a shared balcony, and there is also a large seminar room in the attic.
Public transport is available 50 m from the home, the nearest motorway is 40 km and the train station is 20 km away.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
