First time staying in the 3 floor they put me there (Front desk) and I didn't know that 3 Floor is accessible to everyone because this floor have a spa and conference rooms. Very noise a 6 AM people talking very loud on conference rooms I dont k ow if was cleaning or getting ready to a conference didn't ask. Also the room this time as very dirty and I complain because was not fair to pay this price. I want to lie down and have a peaceful night in clean room, However, that was not the case . Went to the front desk to complai. And see what they will said regarding this issue. Front desk just state send to me the pictures of the blood stain in the door and the floor also the broke toilet and broke shower door. I was ok no words, that was the worse Hospitality customer service ever. I do stay there a lot and this time was unacceptable and unpleasant. Junior

I enjoy staying at Dann Carlton Hotel Medellin. (Have stayed at this location several times). It is centrally located. Safe area, walkable to several locations (restaurants, shopping). Wonderful staff!
