Nice hotel but very noisy
Nice hotel but incredibly noisy. First night there were works that woke us up at 8am, before the time we were advised. Following nights the cleaning staff were playing music and on the phone early in the morning. The music from the rooftop is also really loud in the hotel. Overall really hard to sleep.

I liked the hotel overall. All the staff members were extremely helpful and attentive. It’s one of the main reasons I chose to stay in this hotel. On a previous trip to Medellin, I had passed by the hotel and decided to check it out. The folks at the reception desk and the security guard who showed me the room were all so pleasant that I decided I’d stay here on my next trip to Medellin. I liked my room that had a bath and the location at the end of the hallway was not overlooking the street so it was nice and quiet. There were some issues with water pressure and faulty shower heads but they resolved the issues for me. The water pressure was so weak I had to finally ask them to remove the shower head altogether so I could have a semi normal shower with decent pressure. This has unfortunately been a common experience for me in other decent hotels in Medellin. It likely has to do with water-saving requirements in the city. I found the a/c units very difficult to control. The fan setting would either go low or high but not medium. However, every time I needed help adjusting the settings, they sent someone to help me. I did not like the fact that there was no clock or phone in the room. When u need help, you must use your cell phone to call or WhatsApp the front desk. Service at the coffee bar and restaurant was also great. Nothing like service with a smile!

After a party, this is for you. if not, stay away!
Hotel was ok. On google they rate themselves as 5 star hotel, it is definitely not. The rooms were very loud, especially on weekends. Needed to request ear plugs to be able to sleep. Bed was super hard for my liking, my partner was ok with it. Tiny rooms, and no ventilation in the bathrooms. The hallways are very noisy, you can hear everyone's conversations as they head towards the elevators. Towels are average, and the tv doesn't work properly. The restaurant below was not good at all. Tasteless overpriced food. Service was great at this hotel though. Overall the stay was ok, but would not choose this hotel in the future, and definitely not stay in this part of town.

Excelente ubicación. Cerca de Provenza, área de comidas, farmacia y mini market. La única crítica que tengo es la poca accesibilidad para el Rooftop ya que lo alquilan para actividades privadas y el huésped no lo puede disfrutar. Por lo demás me gusto.

Pros: walkable location next to resturants and bars, welcome drink, friendly staff, rooftop bar with great views, comfortable pillows. Cons: bed is a little hard. You can hear music from the clubs next door but it did not keep me awake.

El Hotel nos encanto. El servicio excelente. Todos muy servicial. Nos dieron unas bebidas gratis de Bienvenida y hasta unas galletitas de despedida. El Hotel esta en un lugar centrico. Muy cerca de Provenza, como 5 minutos caminando. Puedes conseguir variedad de restaurantes, todo a pasos del Hotel. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue la neverita del cuarto que no enfriaba. Pero en general el Hotel y todo su Staff fueron excelentes. Siempre dando la milla extra. En atencion les doy un 100. Super recomendado.
