New to the rental from February 2020
Detached stone holiday bungalow for 5 people, with 2 large bedrooms. In a beautiful and neat holiday park.
The total price shown includes: taxes, energy, own wifi, parking ticket for 1 car and service costs. so no surprises. You only bring your own bed linen and towels, but also rent them when handing over the keys.
The large garden on the water with lots of privacy, your own jetty for your boat or wonderful fishing. The house is cozy and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
The living room has a flat screen TV, radio, games for the children. There is a separate toilet room on the ground floor.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and another bed. A cot and chair for the smallest.
The spacious bathroom has a shower in which to shower and 2nd toilet.
In the large sunny garden a garden table with 5 chairs, umbrella and sun beds, bbq and a shed to park your bike.
Near the house (100m) is a volleyball court, a table tennis table and a table football field
At a short distance (150m) is a luxury indoor swimming pool. Renting a bicycle or boat is possible. A tennis court is also available. Beach with a real Dutch beach bar a few hundred meters walk.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Wasser und wir haben es sehr genossen. Man sollte jedoch im Inserat die Treppe in die obere Etage erwähnen da sie für ältere und gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet ist.Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer sind nicht sehr bequem. Alles in Allem war es eine tolle Woche und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen 👍👍👍👍

Das Ferienhaus liegt prima. Man kann viel unternehmen und der Strand ist ganz nah. Der Park, in dem das Haus liegt bietet zudem einige Annehmlichkeiten (Schwimmbad, Restaurant, Brötchenservice). Zum Haus gehört ein Boot, das man nutzen kann, das ist eindeutig ein Highlight. Allerdings war es dreckig und voll Wasser. Andere Boote in der Nachbarschaft waren abgedeckt, dann wäre das nicht so. Die Fotos von den Zimmern im Inserat sind allerdings sehr vorteilhaft gemacht, so großzügig geschnitten ist das Objekt nicht. Die neue Küche und das große neue Badezimmer sind aber wirklich schön. Die Gästetoilette ist sehr sehr klein, man kann sich kaum darin umdrehen. Richtig ungemütlich sind die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer. Das Sofa ist so kurz, dass ich mich mit 1,60 m Körpergröße nicht mal ausstrecken konnte. Die anderen Stühle sind auch nicht gemütlich zum Sitzen, sehen optisch nur gut aus. Gestört hat uns der ungepflegte Garten, da war eindeutig länger nichts passiert und auch auf Nachfrage wurde nur mal der Rasen gemäht.

Wir waren über Pfingsten da, das Wetter durchwachsen aber wir haben auch damit gerechnet. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, sauber und es fehlt gar nichts. Man kommt an und fühlt sich total entspannt und wohl. Frau Lipke ist ein Goldstück, sie gibt Tipps und ist zur Rat und Tat immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben den Urlaub richtig genossen, vorallem die Ausflüge nach Amsterdam oder direkt an die Nordsee/ ans Meer sind in ca 40km erreichbar. Das Motorboot machte am meisten Spaß, die Grachten um Medemblik zu erkunden . Alles sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschön. Das Haus ist bestens mit allem ausgestattet. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist immer ansprechbar bei Fragen (telefonisch oder Wats App). 5 Minuten zum Ijzeilmeer zu Fuß mit Strand. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, wir haben uns in einer Woche sehr erholt.

Wir, 51 + 53 Jahre jung, waren mit unserem Hund für 1 Woche hier
Die liebe Frau Lipke hat uns mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. So war die Anreise, das Einchecken, der Aufenthalt und dasAuschecken super easy. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Grill und der Garten wurden sofort benutzt und wir hatten eine Menge Spaß auf dem Treetboot und auf dem Motorboot. Das Örtchen Medemblik sowie der Strand liegen fussläufig. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen, denn die Woche war viel zu schnell vorbei!

Sehr entspannte Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Wasser. Für uns war es die perfekte Zimmeraufteilung. Die Küchenausstattung war super. Die Wärmeverteilung / Heizung im Haus könnte gleichmäßiger sein. Im Ort gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants und schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Schöne Ferienwoche im Ferienhaus
Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September eine Woche Gäste. Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles gut gepflegt. Das Highlight für die Kinder war das Motorboot, mit dem man die Umgebung erkunden und sogar auch in die Stadt fahren kann. Die Lage hat ubs gefallen: 45 Min nach Amsterdam und etwa ebenso lange bis zur Überfahrt nach Texel haben uns schöne Tagesausflüge ermöglicht. An anderen Tagen haben wir im schönen Ferienhaus entspannt und die Umgebung um Medemblik erkundet.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir konnten unseren 14tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Toll ist die Lage, mit schönem Garten, direkt an der Gracht und das Motorboot! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Im Park gibt es einen Bestellservice für Brötchen und andere Lebensmittel. Fahrräder können vor Ort ausgeliehen werden. Medemblik ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Erholsame Tage
Wir waren leider nur 1 Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten mit eigenem Steg, Motor- und Tretboot gefallen. Wir hatten noch unser SUP dabei und so konnten wir uns jederzeit auf dem Wasser fortbewegen. Das einzige Mango, wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, ist die steile Treppe im Haus nach oben zu den Schlafzimmern, ansonsten wirklich alles top.

Propriété calme, tout confort et très bonne localisation !
La situation de la maison est vraiment bien, dans une résidence privée avec piscine, au calme, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville, des commerces et de superbes balades. La maison est vraiment bien équipée, très propre et accueillante. Tout était parfait ! Attention par contre à l'escalier qui est très raide. Également il serait bien d'avoir des explications en anglais sur la maison et le bateau, tout est en allemand...

Medemblik Haus mit Bötchen
Mein Mann, meine Mutter und ich waren mit unserer Hündin dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Garten ist perfekt für uns und unsere Hündin gewesen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das schöne Bad und die absolut sauberen und bequemen Betten. Alles ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Hier wars wie zuhause. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich. In Medemblik ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Häfen, Strände, kleines Städtchen und die uralten traumhaft schönen Häuschen sowie die alte Dampflock. Im Europark ist man gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und danken dem netten Ehepaar Thesing und der lieben Frau Lipke herzlich für die tolle Fürsorge. Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub
Es war alles hervorragend und völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben sogar ein Motorboot ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir waren für einen Angelkurzurlaub vor Ort. Erholung pur, nur die Anzahl der gefangenen Fische ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!!
