The checkin was ok, however the hotel hallways and room itself had an overwhelming cleaner/disinfectant smell. The couch in our room was extremely dirty and torn, with some weird stains all over it. we had to put a blanket on the couch to sit on it. We needed a cot for our son, and it had springs that were broken, so we ended up using the paper thin mattress on the floor.

The hotel was fine. Area out side around hotel was in rough shape. Pet fee was too high at 25$ per pet, which made a reasonably priced hotel way too much.

The room was very loud due to the cooling unit. Without the cooling unit it would have been very loud due to the location and traffic in the area. The write up says the rooms are sound proofed. They are not. Also, getting to and from this hotel is difficult due to the traffic.

Staff was friendly at check in. TV wasn’t working. Front desk came and had it going but soon after picture constantly going off and on. Went to sleep to only be woken by rear fire exit door consistently opening and being slammed shut. Zero possibility of getting any sleep whatsoever. Door slam echoes right down the hall at full blast. Waste of money!
