Easy and quick check-in process. Welcoming front desk staff who supported our needs during the stay. Particularly Zafran, who checked in often and ensured we were comfortable. Excellent location, right across the Haram, on the Quba street, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful and courteous, chech in was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Breakfast was ok - needs attention to the fresshness of the available options e.g. bread/nan was cold hence rock hard to chew - it must have been fresh but not properly stored.

I had another brilliant stay at Elaf Al Taqwa during my recent visit to Madinah—my third time here, and it was as fantastic as ever. The evening atmosphere was particularly lovely, adding to the serene experience of being in this holy city. The staff, as always, were exceptional, with a special mention to Thandu Ali from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable.
