They called a canceled my reservation two days before my arrival. I had booked three months ahead. The reason was a glitch in the system, but surprisingly they had no availability.also told me 30 other people lossed there reservation. Wondering why mine was cancelled and not the most current ones. If what I was told was true there should have been 30 openings two days before. In addition the supervisor I talked to was not at all pleasant to me.at all.

Overall it is a decent place to stay. Front desk was courteous and the breakfast attendant did an amazing job of keeping the area clean during breakfast hours and fully stocked. She was always buzzing around keeping it nice. Rooms were ok. Housekeeping however did not clean and restock towels every other day as stated on the bathroom mirror. Pool and gym were good.

THe check-in process took way too long. I checked in at 3:30 and the front desk had to physically go check with housekeeping to see if any rooms were ready. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

The carpet seemed a little wet. There was no bar soap on the sink at all. The guy at the desk was a little strange, but then he said he'd only been in the country foe 6 months. Breakfast was nice.
