Our favorite part was the morning breakfast, lots of delicious food. The restaurant manager Mahmoud Al Massriy did an AMAZING job, I applaud him, very honest and respectful to my self and wife. He made our experience in the hotel 5 star !!! Hotel has a vintage vibe in the rooms. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and respectful, with smooth check-in.

During our 3 nights stay, we faced lots of difficulties from the staff and management. The bathroom drainage was not good and the water back flowed flooding the whole bathroom in dirty water every time we used it. This problem was not solved till the last day of our stay even though we had complained multiple times. We had to take help from Expedia customer service for them to take us seriously. Our whole trip got disrupted because of this situation. The staff were very rude and not cooperating.

Amazing hotel and great customer service! The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the prophets mosque which was very convenient and easy. No need for an uber/taxi. The reception was very welcoming and offered us amazing customer service throughout our stay. Very clean rooms and located in a nice and quiet area. I would definitely stay here again!

Only gave this property 3 stars as the walk was too much for my elderly mother to do 5x a day. I am usually a fast walker and probably could have done it in about 10 minutes, but it was quite difficult for her who took about 20 minutes each way. Asides from that, everything else was great. Clean room, and bathroom. Good buffet, good staff. Got my deposit back promptly. Would definitely stay again if I came with a different crowd for sure :). Thanks so much!

The front desk receptionist did not know how to communicate in English. Expected better from them, my room was missing glass door next to the shower, when complained they just told me that every room is like that and no other room is available. Please reach them to speak in English properly. The only saving grace was their breakfast. Please work on your customer relations, I complained to Expedia as well but the rep said that they no one is available to even answer their calls right now. Which is very unprofessional.
