Set at the rear of a quiet block, my 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom townhouse has everything you'll need for your quick family getaway! With a large, secure yard (pet friendly), entertainment space, and comfort all around, look no further and book your stay at my place!
Conveniently located just a moments walk from the #109 tram.
Less than 300 metres to the Balwyn Shopping strip and surrounded by parks and cafes, it is just minutes to the Eastern Freeway, and Box Hill Central shopping & transport hub.
The Space:
Appealingly renovated, it features robes to all bedrooms, ensuite, open living, kitchen with Bosch gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher, hydronic heating and ducted evaporative cooling. Parking is generous with both a carport and garage. The paved yard, also has a substantial decked area and is spacious and private.

**Pet deposit of $200 may also be required**
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
