The Property:

Our newly renovated home boasts a contemporary coastal chic design, providing a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

- Split system air conditioner and heater in the living room.
- Every bedroom has double roller blackout blinds, a ceiling fan, a small electric heater and extra blankets.

Bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: Wake up in our luxurious master suite featuring a queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and private front yard view.
- Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is also a queen room, with private access to the back garden for morning sun.
- Bedroom 3: A comfortable queen-sized bed, natural light through large windows and double blinds for a restful night's sleep.
- Bedroom 4: A large room, ideal for another couple, kids or extra guests with a triple bunk (double on the bottom, single on top, plus a single trundle bed).

Bathrooms:

- Family Bathroom: A pristine and modern bathroom shared by bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, equipped with a bathtub, shower and large bench space for getting ready.

-Master Ensuite: Your own private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

-Additional outdoor shower.

Living Space & Kitchen:

The open-plan living area features a brand new 65-inch flatscreen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the comfortable sofa while watching the footy or a family movie or gather around the dining table for family meals.

Our modern kitchen is a chef's dream, with bright lighting, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Includes oven, grill, 5-burner stovetop, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine.

We provide the essentials for your holiday convenience, such as tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper and spices.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside to a spacious backyard, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or let the kids run around. We also have an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach or for those wanting to cool down outside in the summer sun.

Our coastal haven is just a short stroll from the beach, where you can catch the waves, build sandcastles, or take a leisurely sunset walk. The nearby Dromana town centre offers a range of dining options, boutique shopping, and family-friendly activities.

We would like to kindly inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Our professional cleaners need the full time between bookings to thoroughly clean and prepare the house to ensure it meets our high standards for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a great experience for everyone.
