This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has an outdoor solar heated swimming pool and outdoor seating that will allow you to stay at home to enjoy the beauty and serenity of St Andrews Beach without leaving the home. Newly renovated kitchen and open plan living and dining area, this home will not disappoint.

Elandra is ideal for your next Mornington Peninsula beach getaway.

THE SPACE
Elandra holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The newly renovated kitchen is the hub of the home, centrally spaced nearby the dining and living areas with a Smart TV. Please note there is no access to the master bedroom, ensuite or garage. These will be locked.

Sit and relax in the solar heated pool and watch the TV around the pool area with a beautiful fountain attached.

Enjoy a glass of wine by the electric fireplace situated in the living area, which will be sure to keep you warm during the winter period.

With a beautiful and great entertaining outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor seating area you have the choice to dine and enjoy allowing you to soak in the sunshine all year round with others. Also equipped with an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, you are sure to enjoy your time at Elandra.

A lovely neat beach home awaits you - and the convenience. You'll be so close to everything!

You will think you could be in a tropical location when you relax with a solar heated swimming pool (Note - the temperature of pool cannot be guaranteed - it is subject to the amount of sunlight).

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

A lovely and spacious property, we enjoyed the 2 level lounge/kitchen and outdoor areas (perfect for breakfast in the morning sunshine). Beds were lovely and comfortable for our stay. A few bits and bobs missing, tin foil for oven use, bottom dishwasher drawer not working properly and only 1 roll of loo paper for 4 women! Overall though, we enjoyed our stay on this lovely quiet property making use of nearby walks, beaches and the local cafe/kitchen. Excellent handbook, communication and expectations outlined. Thank you for letting us make memorable family moments possible in this location.
