A fantastic stay, thank you. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was extremely well appointed and the bed very comfy. The position of the hotel being a walk to Carlton gardens, St Vincent’s Hospital, the Princess Theatre and a tram stop 100m away is a plus! We will stay again!

Our stay at Lanson Place was absolutely fantastic ‼️ Brilliant location to all needs.. trams close by… Superb staff.. Brett, Annabel, Melissa, and Nikola were so welcoming.. The staff were excellent at this hotel. Very friendly and always tried to help in any situation. It was a great experience staying in a hotel so new! Location was great just outside of the city line, but still within the free tram zone.

Fantastic new hotel in great location with gorgeous rooms. Rooms over the front have a great view of Melbourne and they are very well sound proofed. The pool was great and the public areas were excellent. Only criticism is that some of the staff seem unsure of their roles and may have not worked either in hotels before or in hotels of this standard. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful new hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bed so comfy. Fabulous rain shower. Gym and lap pool was the best we've ever experienced. It was a lovely oasis close to parks, transport, Princess theatre, walk to town. Great food too. We will definately be back. And, breakfast...enough to keep you going till dinner.

Twice during my stay I had someone knocking on the door when the do not disturb sign was on. One of those times was housekeeping asking why I hadn’t checked out yet. I then told house keeping that my check out date wasn’t till the next day - they then looked at their note pad they were holding and go on yes that’s correct. An apology would have been nice.
