As you enter through the high secure front fence, you'll be greeted by a beautiful spacious foyer, highlighting the elegant Baltic pine floors and high ceilings. The ground floor offers a brand-new ensuite bedroom with a walk-in robe. The expansive living area boasts a picturesque fireplace, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen and dining area feature a stone breakfast bar, marble tiled splash back, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop and dishwasher.

Step outside through the kitchen or living area and discover the magnificent north-facing courtyard. This private outdoor oasis is perfect offers an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a convenient laundry and toilet.

Weekend away with friends
We came down to St Kilda to attend a local event and were not disappointed by this accommodation. It was very well serviced and met all our needs. It was very close to everything so we could basically lock up the car and come back to it when it was time to go home. The owner was very accommodating and always got back to us when we had any questions. Very happy with our stay.

Wonderful home in great location
I recently stayed at this wonderful house and had a fantastic experience. The house was lovely, beautifully renovated, clean and well-maintained. The location was great, very central in St Kilda with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and transport. Paige, the host was great with communication—responsive, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely, spacious comfortable stay.

Perfectly located, gorgeously decorated, extremely spacious beautiful home in the heart of St Kilda!
I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It is unbelievably spacious, it is beautifully decorated, the living room has the most comfy couches and massive TV… I didn’t want to even leave to go to my function in St Kilda (which was very easy to get to from the property because of its awesome location). We stayed over a particularly hot weekend, but the air conditioning system was incredible, the house was extremely cool and comfortable. And in the evening it was so lovely sitting outside around the outdoor table surrounded by the beautiful garden. The house had literally everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the check in process was simple and easy. I honestly fell in love with this property and will definitely come back and stay again. Communicating with Paige was so effortless. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, which I’m so appreciative of. Staying in this beautiful property was truly the highlight of my birthday weekend! Thank you Paige for sharing your gorgeous home, it was fabulous!
