A lack of staff for check-in and check-out (each time I've stayed) is frustrating. This is a great hotel in terms of location, price and room quality. Please put on more staff so the waiting time at check in and check out isn't > 10 mins!

The one staffer on at 5am did his best. But booked wakeup call didn't happen, shuttle to airport was late, and dual function shower only operated one way. Room service was good. Bed very comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience at Novatel! Lara and the team were exceptional from the moment I walked in until checkout. I absolutely loved the hotel gym—it was well-equipped and a pleasure to use. Though I didn't have time to try out the pool, it looked amazing, and I'll definitely make time for it on my next visit. Thanks, guys!

I stayed at this hotel on its fourth night after opening, It was fantastic. Staff were great. It is obvious the rooms are very well designed. Everything needed is where you think it will be. Easy walk from the airport terminal (I was Qantas so a minute or two further and still really good). A couple of tips if you are going to stay here: - there are really good blackout blinds - but I couldn't see them as they were tucked up around the mechanism at the top. If you don't think the curtains are blackout enough - look up. They are great. - if you are hoping for a long sleep into the morning, request a room on the side facing toward the terminals. The other side has the area for garbage trucks and they are, as usual, a little noisy. - Shower is hot and strong - with two nozzles. Standard usual type one and a nice rainshower one from the ceiling. For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to switch from the standard to the ceiling. Just so I can get a little embarrassed someone post here how to do it so I can see how easy it was. A great hotel, in a great location, with great staff and amenities. Give this new hotel a go.
